This project is located in the mountains of Boquete, a small town in the highlands of the Chiriquí province of Panama, next to a river canyon on one side and an equestrian club on the other.

With the objective of expanding the tourist infrastructure in Boquete, and the market opportunity that was identified in the sector, the Pino Alto Condo Suite will be developed.



This cozy project is made up of Condo Suites of various sizes and multiple resort-style social areas focused on leisure and community.



It will be developed in phases.





Social area: Restaurant, terraces, reading and coffee room, fireplace area, pool and viewpoints, hammock area.



The orientation and shape of the building allow the entry of wind in all condo Suites and common areas, open corridors to promote airflow in all buildings, so that each unit has cross ventilation
